How long does the design process take?

Most custom patio designs are completed within 5–10 business days after the initial consultation. Complex multi-zone layouts or projects requiring 3D renderings may take slightly longer. We keep you informed at every stage.

Can you design around existing landscaping?

Yes, we do it all the time. We design patios around mature trees, garden beds, pools, and existing structures. Keeping your established landscaping is often a priority, and we plan the layout to work with your current yard, not against it.

Do I need a permit for a patio in Oakville?

Ground-level patios typically do not require a building permit in Oakville. However, raised patios, those near lot lines, or projects that alter grading may need approval. We handle all permit research and applications so you don't have to.

What if I don't like the initial design?
