1. Project Estimates & Quotations
Online calculator figures represent good-faith estimates based on current Ontario material and labour pricing. Formal binding contracts are issued following an on-site inspection and verification of property boundary markers, soil density, and elevation grade.
2. 3-Year Craftsmanship Warranty
All new fence installations and custom composite decks constructed by Oakville Fence Repair Ltd. / All TruLandscape include a 3-year structural craftsmanship warranty covering post stability, gate operation, and structural connections under normal weather conditions.
3. Municipal Compliance & Line Fences Act
Construction strictly complies with the Ontario Line Fences Act and local municipal bylaws (including Town of Oakville By-law 2010-156 and City of Burlington bylaws). Homeowners are responsible for confirming legal boundary lines with adjoining property owners.
